I’ve checked your account in the backend, and can see you have the following portrait frames unlocked:
- Equerry of the Blazing Sun (Champion completion frame)
- Champion of the Blazing Sun (Legend completion frame)
- Executor of the Blazing Sun (Cataclysm completion frame)
Can you please check again? If the Cata frame is still missing can you please screenshot your visible frames.
