Issues with launcher background video

  1. Launcher flickers and shows black video in multimonitor configuration, when Launcher’s window is opened on Display 2.
  2. Video playback stops, when window is moved to a different display.
  3. Video doesn’t loop.

Changing codec of launcher_background_video.mp4 videofile helps with first issue.
