Even if we were handed a complete explanation with a big fat sorry, it wouldn’t fill the gaping hole left by solo mode’s absence. I want solo mode, not a blog post about how much it sucks when plans change and how nobody was happy about it. ---

If I can’t have it, I’d at least like to hear why, though. I know I love my analogies, but I would feel better knowing that the restaurant was out of Red Snapper than just not getting what I ordered with no explanation and being told “well, here’s Halibut” ---
