Using Dual Daggers and Moonbow.
I was caught by a Packmaster while it died to Moonbow fire, as it ended I was holding block, then switch to Moonbow agan, and then back to Daggers and they was invisible.
It later fixed itself.

go third person and it will immediately be back to normal
