• It happens all the time, especially the last 4 days. Yesterday I bought arbites, now he is lvl 26. I have gotten disconnected between 1-3 times almost every game. 2014 is the one I get the moste, and I can always reconnect, but it ruins the experience
• I used mods in the start, but disabled them in case they were the problem, it did not help
I have had a stream of disconnects, 2001, (mainly) 2004, 2014, 3013, and I think 4001, but not sure. It is practically unplayable currently. I have gone down the list of advice I have seen. I think I have tried everything (evidently not, or this would be fixed). I have 3 phases. 1) bash my head against the operative login. keep getting mainly 2004 error. 2) disconnect from lobby back to operative screen. 3) while in game have terrible lag (on a server with 35-55ms ping.) and disconnect with an error. I can usually reconnect back into an ongoing game, at the expense of disconnect 10-60seconds later. it is beyond frustrating. This is a very recent situation. After the new class released. I do have the Arbites, and just got it to level 30. I feel like this situation mainly started around 2 days ago, on launch, I played the Arbites to level 14 with only 1 disconnect the first time I created the character. Solutions I have tried: Flush DNS and Restart PC, Reboot router, Change DNS, Open Game as Admin, Verify game, Full uninstall and reinstall of game, lowering graphics and tinkering with RTX, clearing cache (appdata), checking for steam updates, updating to new NVIDIA driver, and then rolling back when that didn’t help, which also did not fix. I tried using mods to see if that would help (heh) and no help. Considering that I can rather reliably get some error code just by trying to login, the most common one I see is 2004, I would say I can reproduce this 100% of the time, except when it actually lets me into lobby. ** The bulk of my crashes started around 2 days ago, I suspect the hotfix is connected.
Hello all. New to this issue myself.
Issue - Cannot play darktide anymore. Keeps kicking me to character selection screen, or boots me out of my game.
Platform - PC
Country - United States - ISP Microsoft Corp.
Connected via wifi.
This issue is constant as of today. No mods installed.

I get disconnected from probably over half the matches I join. Error 2001 usually, sometimes 2014. I noticed it after the Havoc update, and has been a massive problem ever since.
It’s stopped me from running havoc for fear of sabotaging the team and cancelling every attempt for me.
Which platform are you playing on, and are you using a Cloud service (such as GeForce Now)
Windows PC, Steam. AMD Radeon 6650XT. I have not changed my PC since the release of Darktide.

Modem wired to a older but high-end wireless router. Down the hall to a computer with a good quality wireless NIC & 2 antennae.
Is this a consistent issue, or does it occur during specific times (such as peak hours)?
Highly consistent, but not a problem in any other online games. Happens in high and low user hours. Been frustrated with this since when Havoc dropped. My play sessions nearly always end from disconnects.
I also frequently lose text chat. Stops working, none received, none sent. Sometimes I can receive only. When chat is working, I can sometimes see when I’m about to get dropped, and tell the team successfully before getting disconnected.
My router melted down today… caput, kicked the bucket. it was 4 years old, or so. Had a toasty life, no days off. always heated. Maybe the cats scented it… It is ok, it is at peace. The new router turned Darktide from a completely unplayable state, to a ~3 disconnects/hour, a vast improvement. Praise the new router! May it live long!
Recently reinstalled the game and now i get constant error 2014 disconnects, every time i connect to a game i can only play for a few seconds and it disconnects me, i also sometimes get disconnected randomly while in the mourningstar. I literally do not know what else to do i bought the arbites dlc and cannot even try it
