DC Evidence
I hope I am posting this correctly, as I do not normally make forum posts. I was redirected here after sending an email to support about my current issues. So I will post what I originally sent them, as well as attach a video to supply a brief bit of evidence. The video posted above is just a simple Non-Event Malice, and I couldn’t even last 3 minutes in it without dcing 4 times.
Ever since the Rations update, playing on harder difficulties has become impossible for me and my partner, as he plays sitting next to me. Our connectivity regularly drops, leading to countless DCs (up to 5-6 per match), which leads to a lack of responsiveness from the game. I hit enemies, the sound plays, but enemies have either stopped moving or run in place for a moment before they suddenly vanish or run off, and I receive no hit markers. Enemies regularly slide under the map or vanish/appear, with no warning. I disconnect a minimum of 5 times a game. My ping, however, never drops; I consistently have a 30ms Ping. My internet is NOT the issue here.
Lately, I have noticed that the more enemies on the screen, the WORSE the problem is. When I play a mission on the lowest difficulty, I suffer very little besides the occasional jitter or stutter. Havoc is absolutely unplayable. Sometimes using Smite on Psyker helps the frame drag since it forces all the enemies to stand together, but I still drop.
I have NVIDIA Driver 581.57 from Oct 14, 2025; all drivers are updated. My pc is constantly updated, and all drivers are kept in tip-top shape. I am on the North American server. I have also received word from my friend, who doesn’t have these problems, that he actually has an older version of NVIDIA drivers, 576.52. I have tried to revert my NVIDIA to this driver version, but it did nothing to alleviate this issue for me.
I really hope this issue gets solved. This is genuinely a game I turn to at the end of a shitty day just to have fun, but for nearly two weeks or so now, I have not been able to play a match correctly without dcing constantly. I dont know what else to add or really say for reports to help you further.
(I REALLY want to hammer home that these issues began long before the recent internet crisis with Azure, they may have been compounded yes, but this was going on before all of that.)
