1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
4. Locate the darktide\_launcher.log in this directory

Hi @Mymainman1,

It appears that your default GPU is set as **Intel(R) UHD Graphic**. This is resulting in the crashes as this cannot handle the demand. Do you have another GPU that isn’t being detected?

You can resolve this by:

- Ensure your monitors are plugged in to the dedicated (as opposed to the integrated) GPU ports on the back of your PC

- Perform a clean re-installation of your GPU drivers using the appropriate instructions below:

- **For NVIDIA GPUs** : Ensure both Steam and Darktide are set to use your dedicated GPU within the NVIDIA Control Panel by:

- **For AMD GPUs** : Ensure both Steam and Darktide are set to use your dedicated GPU within the Radeon Settings by:

- **For Windows 10 users** :

Hey! thank you so much for responding!

Firstly, I clean installed my drivers, and then restarted my laptop. It didn’t work and the game had the same crash issue constantly.

Secondly, I checked my GPUs for the game, and under the Darktide Launcher ( i couldn’t find any other darktide related apps), it only gave me the option for ‘integrated’. There was no NVIDIA GPU for me to use.

Any advice is appreciated!
