Hunstman Passive Rework

My suggestion is this:

Each special enemy killed by the group generates an stack of passive ability. Each stack causes 10% more damage from ranged headshots. Stacks up to 10 times. Remover a stack when missing a shot, or shooting the body.

With the way headshot damage increases work in this game, you’d get like an effective 20% damage increase at max stacks. This does increase the skill ceiling which is nice, but this would be actually useless on blunderbuss and repeater handgun. It’s actually pretty punishing to lose stacks from hitting body since headshots aren’t always possible and doing so would encourage not shooting when you can’t see the head. Building stacks is also RNG based, so good luck with bad RNG and some things especially fortunes of war where special spawns are fixed.
