How much plasteel/diamantine from pickups?

So how much plasteel or diamantine does one get from a small or large pickup, respectively?

I just wonder whether it’s even worth it to spend a lot of time trying to check every nook and cranny on the map for resources, rather than try to complete as fast as possible.

Would like to know for plasteel as well but for diamantine it has to be something close to 5/10 respectively (maybe even 5/15?). On Malice I see only like 1 or 2 large containers per map and get anywhere from 45 - 65 per map. Plasteel though I have no idea.
