How do I buy the DLC on Gamepass PC?

Disclaimer: I’m quite stupid so probably missing something obvious.

Only things I see for purchase on Gamepass are Base game and Imperial Edition, yet all the news pics show the new class and the puppy.

Where do I need to shove my money so I can play with the puppy 23rd on Gamepass PC?

I don’t know much about platforms that are not Steam but there’s no preorders. Don’t know why.
