Issue Description (Required):
Changing loadout, talents or cosmetics on Hive Scum is not always persistent. It often rolls back to the old situation after switching builds or switching characters or logging off and on. It’s unpredictable. Has been happening since December. Only happens on Hive Scum.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Make changes to Hive Scum loadout/talents/cosmetic
- Switch builds/switch characters/log off and on
- Changes undone
