another funny variation of this: sometimes bulwarks defend themselves from the second hit of vet’s folding shovel special. others they even give you that disgusting push of doom to hit stun you and take all your stamina while doing it. why do I even bother with this weapon.
I have no idea what Evis loadout you’re using, but both marks of the Evis can already one-shot every light elite sans Mauler (and Scab Rager for the Mk3) without talents or specific blessings/perks with the rev attack+heavy.
If you want to one-shot everything without FotF and minimal setup with the exception of bosses, you need the following Evis:
(Wrath is optional)
and the following talents:
- Abolish Blashphemers
- 10% Melee damage small node
- Scourge
- Blinded By Blood
- Prime Target
The perks on the Evis will let you one-shot Maulers with a rev+heavy+weakspot if you have two stacks of Sustained Assault. So the only setup here is having to hit two things.
To one-shot Crushers you need to have a proc of Bloodthirsty ready and connect a rev+heavy+weakspot. The setup is to kill something previously with the rev attack. If you killed an elite to proc Prime Target then the attack on the Crusher can land anywhere.
Add in some stacks of Martydom and you can still one-shot everything in Havoc 40.
