Considering that you have to complete maelstrom to even start Havoc, I would have thought that Havoc 1 would be harder than a maelstrom, and then it just increases from there.
Havoc level 40 should be almost impossible, but you have good players beating it in under 24 hours.

It’s all so confusing. There’s the level you’re allowed to play then the level you’re at…
I can’t seem to find games with higher level people so guess I’ll have to progress like molasses.
If I go and complete an Auric maelstrom now, after already starting, I wonder if I still get boosted to level 16

Great Ty. I know what I’ll be doing next then. Although all Auric maelstroms were in the torrent yesterday and for some reason they’re particularly challenging in the torrent. Something about the maps that makes things turn south really quick. Also the new influx of quitters doesn’t help

Literally haven’t been able to complete an Auric maesltrom in 2 whole days. Driving me insane. And I got my storm badge without cheesing so the random player modifier is particularly spicy right now.
Loads of low skill folk are trying AM due to this ‘cheat’ for higher tier I assume?
Everyone keeps dying or quitting or I get trapped through a pack of crushers which is instant death in AM.
I don’t want to go through 20 tiers of low difficulty levels in havoc, especially when there is basically zero plasteel or materials for each level. What’s with that? Why is there no materials in havoc?? The fancy chest reward better be a goddamn motherload.

Not that it seems to matter as I’ve now finished an AM mission but literally can’t play any havoc due to error 9999.
Tried different team mates and tried accepting their invites. Same error each time.
In the party finder there is never (as in actually never) a single game to join. Do I have to have key words active? I thought we had to have everything except havoc unselected?
I’ve tried with all the different havoc tier options in the finder too. Never a single match shows on the finder.
“NO AVAILABLE PARTIES FOUND” over and over.

i can’t host of my own so i’m bound to join higher levels, but after 21 is grim
i think i’ll have lunch waiting for the playerbase to raise their levels

How do you find hosted games? My finder is always empty. I always have to host my own…which I can’t do since completing an AM due to error 9999
have you tried the ‘‘clear all’’ button?
you don’t have to start from your finder, you need to go to dukane’s desk and click on the finder from there to access havoc, unless they changed while i was sleeping
but if you havn’t done your malestorm yet she would just tell you to do the malestorm

Umm, I played one round of Havoc when it released last night after unlocking it via Auric Maelstrom, putting me at rank 11. I come home tonight and I am still rank 11. Was the change not retroactive?

absolutely not, you have to play another round of malestorm to get level 16
i had to play 2 rounds of auric malestorm aswell

Out of curiosity did you complete an Auric maelstrom before getting this error code?
Have you played any havoc at all? Or error 9999 from the very first attempt?
Completed a AM to get to 10, decided to take a break and then I noticed that Fatshark upped the shortcut in ranks to 16 so I went for another AM. Played to 19 and now no matter what (joining or hosting my own) I get error 9999.
if you join and somebody else host his bugged 9999 mission is not your fault
when i try to host everyone gets the 9999 error
dam i just got rejected by a level 22 host
i’m officially doomed untill next week
Does that mean that some missions are just bugged? and if you then get stuck on having one of these bugged missions your just done for the week?
Havocs are shaping up to be what I feared it would…but with somehow even less discord activity then I thought it would have.
