i got rotten armor, the blight spreads, and pox gas all in one game a few days ago. hadn’t played havoc in a while. noped tf outta there and i don’t intend on returning. why can’t we choose our own map mods? would make the game so much more fun. also get rid of the garbage ammo nerf reee

Sweden doesn’t believe in player agency. Freedom of choice might lead to dangerous things such as people developing opinions and thinking.

Those modifiers are a dream compared to Final Toll, Rotten and Rampaging!
TBH there is always so much tox gas in every mission that it’s basically just an extra permanent modifier whether it shows or not.
there has been this strange fixation with not allowing players to play exactly like they want since darktide came out. it has improved, see crafting and mission board, but there’s still stuff people can’t choose freely.

Havoc, at least the way they deal with it was never not trash, starting with the party finder.

I don’t dislike Havoc forcing you to do a specific mission
But the fact that environmental modifiers still exist even in Season 5, alongside 2 of the most Zzz modifiers (blight and rotten) defenitely made this season worse than it needed to be
