It’s OK when you always get 3 map modifiers.
It’s OK when you get 4, but if you win, your rank goes up by 2.
It’s not OK when you have 4 and no one wants to play with you because another guy made the same map but with 3. Because it’s easier.

OP’s talking about the environmental modifiers you can roll at certain ranks (lights out+dogs, tox gas+bombers, fog+snipers, inferno) and how you pretty much never get people to join for those.
They hate environmental modifiers, reasonable opinion
