Havoc and Skitarii below level 30

We where a 4 men striketeam of 3 level 30 Players and me as a skitarii on level 28 and one of my friends noticed that his Havoc Mission was startable, the other two checked and said also that the play button ain’t locked. Though I couldn’t opened the Havoc Terminal myself, we where able to do a Havoc Run. Not that I wan’t to complain, but I think there are some code-checks to be cleaned up ;]

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

With a Skitarii below Level 30 and beeing a member of a strike team that is eligible to start a havoc run.
Let one of the other Members start their Havoc Mission, Accept and Enjoy the run.
(Just verified with my 2nd Skitarii at Level 17 and just 1 Friend of Level 30+)

FYI: A Friend of mine tried it today with a level 14 Psyker and he should have come along the run also (so not Skitarii related, but ???maybe??? all <30 characters).

unlocking havoc is a per account pretty sure, not a per character. theres not a requirement for new characters before joining it, but it gives like no xp

Yes, you unlock it account wide

But you can’t start a havoc game with someone with a character below level 30 in the party, this is a bug

Oh if it is a bug its been in the game a long while, I remember doing a havoc as a leveling character on my alt in like, January.
