Well yeah, Asia server wants strict meta only.
Other than that, problem with Gungryn is that he needs all the ammo on the map.

I can see that being a problem. If you hoover up ammo, overfilling and shooting single enemies that could have been easily meleed it get’s a bit tedious. If you’re in a team were there are staff psykers, veterans with ammo skill or scum with ammo skill you might have some other options tho’.
If you’re mindful of your team, having what ever build you want should be fine.
