Gromril Plated Shots buff doesn't apply as intended

Issue Description (Required):

The buff in question: “Talent 6-1: ‘Gromril Plated Shot’ - increased damage by 100%.” from the 5.2.0 patch.
It doesn’t seem to work as intended, the wording could be the problem, or the where the buff was applied. From my understanding “increased damage by 100%” means across the board, but from what I’ve heard it only works on super armor, which means the buff only applies to super armor type.

Very likely intentional and just bad patch wording since GPS already mulches SV. A little extra monster damage so taking GPS doesn’t gutter your boss DPS completely would be nice mind you.
