Green/Blue/Orange Dust Transmutations

Doing well and getting chests with mostly blue/orange dusts makes it hard to get green. I don’t feel like it makes sense to purposefully tank a game or whatever just for more green dust. Green should be the most common.

You should be able to convert the dusts, at least down in quality.

For example:

Converting 1 Orange Dust to 2 Blue
Converting 1 Blue Dust to 2 Green

Yes. Spamming speed runs to purposely grab one tome or something just to farm green dust is time consuming and not exactly enjoyable.
