Give blunderbuss, bow, and handgun a short delay after firing

Just a QoL adjustment. If those weapons had a delay of like 0.1 seconds, it would be nice to prevent accidentally using your free shot after firing a round. This tends to happen a lot, and I’m not entirely sure how to reproduce it.

Sounds like input buffering. Try turning “buffered frames” down to 0 (default is 4).
