# Game won't launch with new graphics card, tried everything

**Issue Description:**  
I changed my graphics card from Nvidia 1080 Ti to Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060. With the first one, I ran the game for 3 hours without crashes, bad with horrible performance. With the new card, after I click “play” in the launcher, using minimal or recommended settings, it tries to load and it gives me the error I posted below. I tried most fixes, and they haven’t worked. Other games run fine.

The error being produced here is `DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR`.

Have you already performed a clean re-install of your drivers?

It’s particularly important the outdated drivers are removed:

**Issue description:** The game crashes after I press play on the Launcher. Constant, 100% of occurrence.

**Steps to Reproduce:** 1. Open Steam Library, 2. Click Play Darktide, 3. Click Play in Launcher, 4. Loading bar displays on screen, 5. Crash report shows up.

**Platform:** Steam

**Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone:** 17:26 GMT+1

**Reproduction rate:**  
Constant, 100% in the last week.

I dit as the link said, and followed the exact steps doing the clean re-installation, but after loading the shader cache after trying to launch, it gives me the error with the following info:

If you have any other idea I will try it. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi, I did a clean re-installation, and tried all solutions I could find in the main posts. If you could, could you tell me if I can be missing something, or if I should wait or make another post or contact somewhere else?
