So if I’m getting this straight: from your experience, tagging Quickpaw on the forums is a pretty futile thing to do, even if he’s currently the CM, and if one has any ideas or feedback, they should be tagging Julia instead?
From my experience, DT community management since strawhat left is non-existent on this forum (I don’t count Julia, she’s support).
Kitefin never really hit a groove in their small time.
As I understand it, quickpaw was primarily the VT CM and absorbed this role after kitefin’s (likely unexpected) early exit, so maybe has a focus/preference for VT stuff or just too much on their plate.
I try not to abuse tagging Julia until I’ve tried a CM at least once and given at least a working day for a response.

But then again, soon the forums will be buried under people talking about the new class. Then fatshark going on their 4 month long vacation. So unless this topic can survive and stay active for the next 4 months and then some i do not see it happening.
This is what it took to lift the locks. actually longer, a whole 2 years of constant nagging to lift the locks.
Also in fatshark’s eyes we already got a “mission board rework” so thats another thing that lowers our chances of getting the modifiers liberated from fatsharks leadership cocaine filled brain.

Honestly no matter what content they’ll trickle down into the game i just do not see myself playing for more then a few days, a week tops. Unless they actually let us play normal auric with new modifiers. There’s only so many times that one can play the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over………
300 hours in the game and im already bored to death with it. Cannot comprehend how can people play this same thing for 1000+ hours…
Even if they’d release an admech class, i’d only play until i’d unlock the bottom of the skill tree and then prob get bored.
The game desperately needs the modifiers to be freed. I just do not understand how can they actually sit on such goldmine and completely ignore it.
This is even worse then the crafting thing. At least with the crafting they could have the delusions about player retention or smth. Keeping the modifiers locked away or worse completely removed (the “events) is just wasteful and idiotic.
I made it to 1k on gameplay goodness alone. The variety of the original classes (play all 4 decently evenly) and penance hunting kept things interesting on top of the superb FPS gameplay loop.
Since space cop release, though, it’s lost a lot of appeal and I’m kind of just chasing poxbreaker at this point.
I really adore some of these modifiers, event and havoc only, but
I am laughing and remembering that we asked the same for Vermintide 2.

at least in Vermintide 2 they were nice enough to leave that deed glitch in and there was the lobby system, so it was very easy to find a group willing to run a hard deed (and then up it to cataclysm). all totally possible even on console with no special workarounds (unless canceling a map vote in a lobby you didn’t host is esoteric knowledge seemed pretty widespread). not like here where truly great modifiers either go into the FOMOlders or are tossed into the ballache of Havoc never to touch fun again
