Saddest state of affairs of any game I’ve played, I think. And I’m a titanfall 2 fanboy…
Only destiny 2 comes to mind as equivalent/worse, but only because sun-setting was such a big deal it transcended the community, so I know about it having never played.
i think all special event conditions should appear as low-medium chance in maelstorm condition pools. or even better make 1-2 extra slots dedicated uniquely to special event condition pools.
(not giving any rewards from the previous special events but if they decide to rerun the event like officially or new ones with new portraits and same type of condition, then people can both earn new and the old past special event portraits/insignias)
melk tracks special events so i guess at some point they going to rerun the special events but making them seasonal is just kinda bad. maybe instead of making them seasonal, they should maybe make them appear and making them last every week with reusing special event conditions.
kinda like vt2 had for weeklies, which weren’t special events but every week was rerolling some particular type of special condition which was fun to play.
