Increase the amount of flags I can put during a 24h period. There are so many chinese threads in the bugs forum that are spam which I cannot report because I ran out of flags.

This should solved and you should have more than double the number of flags. Things will take some additional tweaking but I’ve also enabled a new layer that should stem the spamtide
