Fire Frenzy doesn't work properly on MK 3 Boltgun

Issue Description (Required):

When using the Spearhead Boltgun (MK 3) equipped with fire frenzy, if you kill an enemy with the explosion portion of the damage, you do not receive the buff from fire frenzy.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Psykanium with spearhead boltgun (fire frenzy and pinning fire)
  2. Kill poxwalkers by shooting the ground around them
  3. Only the pinning fire buff shows up on the tooltip bar below
