I have been testing the viabilty of Opportunist on certain weapons and while testing the Rapier offhand pistol on chaos warriors I noticed an oddity.
with 20% power vs chaos and 10% armour (32% total) and Opportunist, the pistol will stagger the chaos warrior in the head but only on non crits and not when using WHC who has a natural headshot boost (he requires abjure temptations power boost) Bounty hunter and Zealot both achieve the stagger without any of their buffs.
To summarise, Criticals and WHC headshots have less stagger power than normal hits.
