Issue Description:
Facial animations are not working properly on Bardin and Saltzpyre (except WP), They do not blink, eyes do not move, no facial animations, besides mouth movements. I m not sure, but i think after patch 4.8.0 facial animation got broken. Before the Halloween event it worked fine.
