Event-triggers (elevator-fights, purges etc) should require all teammembers to be present

Just had the worst game experience in a long time, played with a person who just beelined its way thru the entire map, triggering elevator-fights when monstrosities just spawned and boss encounters before everyone is even close to being grouped.

I might have been a little slow, with me actually looking for grims and crafting materials, but it felt like I was being penalized for playing the game.

Can we please have a 50m (or less) radius on those kind of event-triggers?
