# Error Code 2014

**Issue Description:**  
around 10 seconds after loading into the Mourningstar, I will be booted back to the character select screen with “Error Code: 2014”.

**Steps to Reproduce:**  
try to play the game.

**Platform:**  
[Steam/Microsoft Store]  
Steam  
**Player ID:**  
Cookiemonster19991

**Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone:**  
5:27pm GMT

## **Reproduction Rate:** Once - Rare (\<10%) - Unusual (\<25%) - Common (\<50%) - Often (\<75%) - Constant (100%) 100%

This is an error we’re aware of and looking in to but regrettably I have no ETA as to when this will be resolved. I understand this is disappointing, and I’m happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option?
