Hi Lozza, could you share your most recent console log with us please so we can check which version you’re running now?
console-2025-09-30-15.17.17-c24eeb64-612a-4218-97cc-ed1f887062f0.log (129.3 KB)
hope this helps
We’re looking in to this, and I hope to have an update to share soon. ![]()
game is still unplayable after almost 6 weeks
this situation is ridiculous
if i was your supplier you would be hounding before now
so get it fixed
obviously not giving it much effort
pathetic for a software company
you can tell that i am getting really fed up with this
maybe time to get on social media ,properly showing this up !!!
I understand this is upsetting. This is unfortunately a very unique issue concerning a version mismatch that we’ve only seen in a small number of players, and it’s proven to be especially hard to pinpoint why it’s occurring.
That said, we’re continuing to look in to this, but I understand Darktide is unplayable for you at this moment. With that in mind, I’m happy to assist with a refund if preferred.
id rather you get the game fixed
i love playing it
I understand. In the meantime, and while this is on our radar, I’d recommend continuing to troubleshoot and experiment on your PC due to the version mismatch that’s occurring. If you change your mind on wanting a refund at any point, please let us know.
Hi Lozza, I have an update that may be of help to you!
Another user with the same issue has recently identified that this issue was being caused by the CFOSSPEED / LAN Manager software installed with the MSI Dragon Center.
It’s my understanding that this has broken with a recent Windows update, and they’ve been able to resolve this issue by uninstalling it.
There’s some more information on this here: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/problem-with-cfosspeed.319486/
