I have a persistent issue of disconnecting in the middle of games no matter the region of the host. It will pop up the connecting to host window and never do so. I can cancel the reconnect and rejoin through lobby browser usually.
I went through settings to see if anything worked and it appears that having Environmental Textures above a medium setting triggers this.
I would think my system is fine, the game runs great on high.

Oh wow - would you be able to upload a couple of console logs, from sessions where these disconnects have occurred? I can then pop it in to our database for investigation. 
- Press the Windows key + R
- Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
- Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
- Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
