# Enemies shooting through floor but we cannot shoot back at them

**Issue Description:**  
whenever i am on the map “Hourglass” i constantly get multiple enemies shooting me through the floor/ceiling, it is always the multilayered housing before either going into the vaulted area or going up to the dish. enemies constantly are able to shoot at us through the floor but we cannot shoot back.  
**Steps to Reproduce:**  
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

the multilayered housing in the Hourglass map, enemies aggro through the floor and shoot at us but we cannot shoot back

I had someone on my team screaming in surprise at this bug today. I’ve seen it a few times as well in the same location.
