It definitely has a sound now, however it’s too low to be heard over most things, especially combat. It’s much quieter than the Heavy 1 attack and can’t even be heard over the character’s own footsteps, so it might as well not exist if you get into an actual fight.
If you just adjusted it to be the same volume as the heavy 1 sounds it would be fine.
