I finally got over the server problems.
I asked my provider whether I can by static IP and they provided me with it.
I got 100h gaming with dynamic IP before, though.
I hope this might help someone.

Really doubtful a “dynamic” IP would impact that.
An ISP using CGNAT may cause issues.
Fixed IP is charged 70usd here so yeah, no.
It’s been 20 something years IPv6 should have happened and now here we are.
