Duelling swords light attack speed

I have tried all three marks in havoc ~30 and my conclusion is they never were designed to have access to increased attack speed nodes. Compared to knife and catachan swords ( which are the most comparable weapons in my opinion) they are faster on the light attacks with the same/more damage. The mark V even has a dedicated horde rotation: heavy2 → light, which is very hard to pull off consistently because auf the light attack attack speed with one active attack speed node. And even when pulled off it does not significantly increase horde killing prowess.
So as these were psyker exclusives they first gained access to attack speed boni when given to the other classes. Thus stands my conclusion: they were not designed with attack speed nodes in mind.

With all classes now having accses to attack speed boni I suggest a reduction of 10% innate attack speed.

reverse that mistake completely and the issue is solved

something fatshark should have done days after seeing the outlier data.

No. Psyker is has access to melee attack speed and is currently strongest if played melee. That would only reduce the problem instead of solving it.

as in rip it from the claws of so many one trick ponies and force another approach to deal with tin cans?

even a partial win is a win in my book.

as for psykers, few players master them in melee to the point of self sustainability and self reliance.

in my book, they’ve earned it by deed.

anyone else, dome or turret mode, without proper hand holding of the team and left to fight for his own in a mixed horde, well had my share of em in the event  stood there all bamboozled cause no one stuck under their blue skirt and even ds couldn’t help em much.

Valid take. And to be fair all psyker exclusive melee weapons are a tad overtuned. Don’t get me started on force greatsword my current guilty pleasure.

one thing at a time :face_with_tongue:

imagine the smashed keyboards at the removal of their favorite toy.

now put additional severe “fixes” on top as well.

I mean I won’t have a problem with turning the power creep back at the same time/hot fix, given a mean streak that would make idi amin blush (or vomit, depends :joy: ) but I guess fatshark shareholders wouldn’t have the balls to go “exterminatüs” in one go

well, you can’t go wrong with jeff goldblum

dude has a thing that transpires acting and credit where credit is due
