Issue Description (Required):

The Dual Stub Pistols special key can be tabbed like any other weapon special but for some reason it doesn’t work when bound to the mouse wheel. I figure its because the key could be held down to keep spinning the guns but it would be great if it would work on a single input as well.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Bind weapon special to mouse wheel
  2. Weapon wont special

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)
