This has been reported already, but since the patch notes spoke about finalising changes soon I wanted to bring up that this is still not working properly. When overcharge is high you can not preform lowly charged bursts with the drakegun, the inputs are completely ignored.
So, if you are using the drakegun, hold right click and almost immediately left click you get a short version of the charged fire. This is now impossible to do at high overcharge with the Drake Fire Damage talent.
Also, contrary to the talent description, while at low overcharge you deal less damage than without the talent, and gain increased attackspeed.
