Yeah i think the last time i played with the double shotty was while leveling up Hive Scum. That was enough. I’m pretty much done with it for the year lol.
What is “infinite cleave blessing”? I think the one I use just gives you something like +25% range cleave on crit

Yeah man-stopper is the one. if you get your weapon specialist stacks up and find yourself in a position where you have a large group of enemies it’s absolutely devastating. Bit more limited against carapace, obviously, but often drop multiple specialists/elites in groups. Unarmoured ragers for example. +25% damage against maniacs makes it more viable against trappers and stuff as well.
I definitely think reload on sprint would be good, but the weapon isn’t that bad. It just sucks into armor and leaves you without range, but that feels pretty expected when equipping it. I think you should try the bleed on crit + reload speed on double barrel kill blessings paired with a combat knife or tactical axe and frags. It’s not optimal but you become great and dealing with anything other than armor and especially dense groups, and even just clipping specialists with a crit does them in
