it does until it tracks on one out of bounds enemy that is confused and not sure which funnel he needs to direct himself towards to die. this happens with Arbites’ Terminus Warrant as well but they can have several enemies marked at once vs. the one DD. I stopped using the 25 stack one because a single confused and stuck enemy will cost you like 10+ stacks as opposed to maybe 3 with the extended duration.

9/10 times it’s a Scab Shooter clear on the other side of the map that does this:
He’s traumatized after witnessing the hellscape that the Warp unbound liability is capable of causing and is incapable of peaking out from behind his cover.
