It’s time, the Heavy sword will have NOTHING to fear. Surely the team can handle 2-3 CRUSHERS, right?
I didn’t think I’d live long enough to see dueling sword finally get nerfed.
Good changes, but I would like to see something done also about the underperformers, like the heavy swords and catachan blades.
Even with those nerfs I still don’t see a reason to pick them over a DS.
Whoops! Our mistake. Amended the post; no changes to Krak grenade base count in this next patch.
Duelling sword nerf LET’S GOOOOOO
thanks for the quick clarification!
@FatsharkQuickpaw It’s 440 at max currently, not 400.
yeah i guess thats fair, its just kinda scary to see inferno numbers going up
Inferno staff damage (and soulblaze more generally) is very very high without the uncanny strike interaction. The damage increase to “compensate” here is just a straight-up unconditional buff, and not a neutral change like what you are hoping. It is a mistake to do this.
yikes. so another nerf to Shivs. removing basically the specialized weapon for Hive Scum, and now also nerfing Chem Toxin, which is the selling point of Hive Scum… on top of all the armor stripping nerfs.. for basically removing 1 Crusher out of the 5-9 that are constantly grouped up during encounters… so pretty much nerfing for the sake of nerfing. You know this crusher reason is bs… especially when a month from now, there will be some Crusher event that has hundreds of them..
Also rip Dueling Sword. Might aswell not use it now. but then again all the other weapons are fairly bad, especially for Veteran.. back to Combat Knife I guess.
bait
Purgatus getting a 2.5x buff against carapace for a bugged uncanny interaction that most people don’t even use is wild.
More proof that FS don’t play their own game lol
@FatsharkQuickpaw do we have an estimate when this patch will be live?
Decent changes I guess, we’ll see how it works out in the end and if it makes the game a more enjoyable experience.
I can’t believe it.. These are great changes. I don’t even need to try them to know.. ![]()
Fixed! Ty
infinite aoe buffed instead of removed

clueless devs
Thank you, I missed that.
Yeah I don’t get this part. I would rather you’d buff it AFTER if it turns out to be a problem, which considering how idiotically strong inferno is i honestly don’t see it needing this.
Otherwise these look like some good changes.
