Deed modifiers carrying over or multiplying

Issue Summary:
When playing a deed with Seek and Destroy or Send in the Next wave the modifier is added to concurrent games of other deeds or quick play. In this case (log) Seek and Destroy is multiplied after failing a deed with said multiplier and then loading up that same deed again.

Counted about 20-30 specials each wave. Sometimes waves will not end resulting in a constant wave of special spawns.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Load up deed with Seek and Destroy.
  2. Fail deed and start it again.

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Often (< 75%)
or
Constant (100%)
