Deamonhost Ritual modifier, when the DH spawns in it can crash the server (has happened to me twice)
it has crashed about 50% of the time for me so far and on 2 different maps
EDIT: it happend to me again when we killed the ritual, so PSA, avoid HBDH modifer with your life fr.
EDIT 2: apparently it is due to psyker wildfire
