### Issue Type (Required): Crash - During Play ### Issue Description (Required): My Specs: CachyOS i3-10100 AMD RX6600 16gb DDR4 After playing in a match for around 2-5 minutes, entire game crashes, causing all displays to black out, and then when the display returns, the entire Desktop Environment locks up, requiring a full system reset. Other games do not do this, after looking at ProtonDB and Reddit, its apparent that this is a common issue. ---

Unfortunately, I don’t know if I can help you on this one; but, perhaps another Linux enjoyer in here can? I use Bazzite and play on a: i5-13400f, RX 9060 XT 16GB, 16GB ram, 2 TB nVME SSD m.2, and I have no problems (game runs at 160-180 FPS - 80-90 FPS with RT on ) at. 3440x1440, which is not exactly helpful to you, but I have no experience with your exact configuration. Darktide has got into the state that I bought the 9060xt just for getting Darktide to run smooth. For every addition to Darktide, the game runs worse and worse, and because Fatshark doesn’t, for whatever reason, get optimization under control, or perhaps they can’t, it seems that the only way to play the game at play FPzd is to buy new components that are far above recommended and brute force the game to run properly. Does the game crash for you in all game modes? Have you tried different Proton versions? ---

yeh it started happening on the 17th when the beyond the hive updated as i have the same issue on bazzite with the 7900xtx and not found a fix yet. there is in linux section [Here](https://forums.fatsharkgames.com/c/lounge/linux-discussion/126) where i have posted the same problem but kinda just praying to the emperor that it will work again. ---

@LadyElayne: Which Proton version(s) did you try? (e.g. normal, Experimental, Hotfix, [Proton-GE](https://github.com/gloriouseggroll/proton-ge-custom)) I had similar blackout freezes – although much more rarely and randomly than you, about once every 1-2 weeks – when I still played on an RX 7600 and Ubuntu MATE. It seemed that “only” the GPU locked up, since I could still log into the system via network using ssh. It didn’t happen since I moved to an RX 9060 XT and Bazzite. ---
