Awwww well that sucks fatshark, looks like you didn’t win! Better luck next year!
The steam awards are for games and studios that actually listen to critiques (like the suggestion to constructively remove locks, or make the shop rotation more thoughtful).
But no, I’m sure we’ve got some tencent people backfilling management and game design positions over in HQ to prevent anything of the sort from happening, so until something changes; that 60% / Grade: D on Steam is gonna stay the same along with ever hoping of winning an award.
It’s just a shame that Jesper Kyd has to be dragged down like that due to ignorant managers over at tiny-brain HQ
Here’s to hoping we drop to Sub 4k players- as they say; lessons are better hard learned for some (dense) people
Then I was wrong. In fact, seeing RDR2 win Labour of Love should have made me suspicious, but I’ve never played that game, so I thought that award was legitimate. I just found out now.
Well, let’s hope this mass trolling was useful (I doubt it though)
As of today, her last post dates back exactly a month ago. In fact, Julia seems to be the only one available and active, while Straw Hat only appears to make announcements and above all close topics.
And yes, I know there were holidays, but this does not seem to me to be a sufficient justification for a lack of communication and transparency that has continued for much longer. After all, Hallowette’s infamous shop rotation with the Ogryn’s recycled uniform was done during the holidays.
Pretty sure the cash shop’s just on auto-pilot once they activate it.
It’s why EOM December and basically through January we’ll get nothing. They did this at launch, too. This time, their hotfix borked a number of systems. Any other company working in GAAS would have at least a skeleton crew to correct mistakes like this, particularly ones that massively negatively impact the play experience. Fartshark not so much.
Imagine carrying a whole studio by just doing your job. lol
Seriously, Julia does a good job but that’s pretty much something everyone at Fatshark should do.
Julia does go above and beyond in my experience. I sold 2 weapons out of misplaced frustration (not even out of an accidental misclick) quite recently and she got them both back for me with no issues. Julia’s got my undying respect.
Jack, I know you gaslighted me into thinking we were trying out my new build on Malice, whilst in reality you started a Strike Team for High-Intensity Damnation while I was AFK making a coffee. I wish I’d known that I could just TAB to see the Difficulty at the time, I’ve got Ogryn brain
