Darktide.exe continues running after game exit

Issue Description (Required):

After quitting the game, darktide.exe continues running in the background without an error report. Steam still thinks the game is running, clocks additional hours in the game and will not allow other games to start until the process is killed manually using task manager (which then generates a crash report).

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Quit the game. Notice the Steam friends panel still shows the game is running.

In Task Manager, look for CrashReporter. Terminate that.

It is part of Darktide and it gets stuck all the time.

good call, thanks. interesting part is it doesn’t happen every exit. Happened twice in a row, then two more times i’ve been able to exit without issue. Super weird.
