Crowbill has delayed reset after push attack

Issue Summary: Unsure if this is by design or not working properly. After using push attack with Crowbill, it takes a couple seconds to defend or push attack again. You can use normal attacks fairly quickly after, but there’s about a 2-second delay where if you press defend, it does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. equip Crowbill
  2. use push attack
  3. use push attack or defend again immediately

Reproduction Rate (Choose One): Constant (100%)
