A stave could do it. Disablers would automatically be immune, but everyone else is fair game. Primary fire controls up to three human enemies at once until death, Secondary spawns the last three enemies you captured. Ogryn enemies can be temporarily turned but revert back after a period of 15s, only one Ogryn at a time.

Or it could replace Smite, yeah that ability is a cluster of abnormal cells that divide uncontrollably and have the ability to infiltrate and destroy everyone’s fun.
