Crash to Desktop on Character select OR loading into mourningstar

upon loading into the character select screen, or selecting a character and attempting to load into the mourningstar, i get an instant Crash to Desktop, i have been unable to play for months.
Attempted solutions

Deleting app data and verifying game files
adding exceptions to my antivirus for darktide and its launcher
Doing a clean reinstall of my graphics driver
Disabling every overlay on my system
Uninstalling overwolf
Ensuring all the cores of my CPU were enabled
Disabling frame generation
Messing with the worker threads in the launcher
Disabling portrait rendering
Disabling steam cloud
Deleting uninstalling, deleting app data, and reinstalling,
Repairing Microsoft C++ visual redistributable

Two Crash Reports for your consideration, in a third one i attempted sice posting this, it said it might be related to GameOverlyRenderer64, which i already have disabled

Currently the process might be stuck in module ‘oo2net_9_win64’.
The issue could also be related to the following modules found in the stack trace:

The crash is occurring in oo2net_9_win64 which is a DLL from RAD Game Tools. This doesn’t necessarily mean the DLL is broken however, as it looks to be more network-related. Out of interest, are you able to connect your PC to a mobile hotspot and see if you can launch Darktide via another connection?

Hi Julia! My computer doesn’t have wireless capability, it’s connected to the router via Ethernet cable, is there another option?
