I see this pretty often with downed bots, where chaos warrior stomps more often than not, don’t damage them. I see happen with players as well occasionally.

Yes, so u get a chance to kill them or rezz your mate… and where is the bug?
The bug is the enemy attacking a downed character without actually hitting them.
