# Chaos Spawn stuck after killing hero in eating animation

### Issue Description (Required):

Same issue as here [(Chaos Spawn is still broken)](https://forums.fatsharkgames.com/t/chaos-spawn-is-still-broken-even-though-i-reported-it-over-2-years-ago/98839), triggered quite often with the ‘Sudden Death’ modifier. The Chaos Spawn is unable to perform any attacks after killing a hero in the middle of its ‘eating’ animation.

### Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Play any Deed with ‘Sudden Death’ modifier
2. Let Chaos Spawn kill a hero mid animation

### [PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

### Reproduction Rate (Required):

Common (\<50%)

### Platform (Required):

PC - Steam
